  • Sleeps 8 in three to four bedrooms (2 queen, 1 double, twin extra-long singles).

  • Rates include use of Rooftop Entertainment Area and all linen

  • 7 nights preferred in holiday season but discretion may be possible

In Off-Season Periods, bookings of 3 to 6 nights are available:

3 nights $1,650 ($550/night)
4 nights $2000 ($500/night)
5 nights $2200 ($450/night)
6 nights $2400 ($400/night)

Booking Information

  • Kindly note bookings of 7 days are preferred during holiday periods although discretion may be possible;

  • Check-in day is not normally available on a Sunday. Specific check-in/check-out days can be negotiated;

  • Bookings of 3 to 6 days are available during non-holiday periods;

  • Linen is included in the rate. All you need bring are beach towels;

  • A Bond of $1,000.00 is payable if credit card details are not supplied;

  • Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property

  • A discount may apply for returning guests staying one week or more during off-season, so please enquire when booking.
